Objectives remain the same for our Remote Base Builder Program: training structure, coach direction, encouragement and resources for every member of the program to succeed. This includes our complete online Base Builder Training Program delivered via Training Peaks, weekly ZOOM conference calls/recordings to discuss training objectives, daily workouts, along with tons of Q&A and email communication to make sure you’re on track.
BASE BUILDER CYCLING
Train with power, heart rate and cadence, following our 15-year proven Trainer Series programming that includes frequent testing and built in recovery weeks. We’ll be be dishing it out the workouts every week online to you to do on your trainer at home (or outside!). The ‘virtual’ group atmosphere and dedicated coaching keeps you on track, motivated and making progress!

All you have to do is follow along! We’ll make sure you’re working on the right energy systems at the right time. You will have the peace of mind knowing that training loads will be specific to your ability allowing you to train, recover, adapt and improve all the way from October through March. BASE BUILDER STRENGTH
Incorporate strength training, plyometrics, stability exercises and mobility movements into your training all winter to improve economy, power production, and increased injury resistance. Our periodized Strength & Mobility Program, created for the gym with weights OR the home with minimal equipment, takes you through the whole ball of wax leaving you happier, healthier and with more watts come summer!

Our Remote Training Squad is designed around competitive athletes from around the Globe looking for a highly structured group of people to “virtually” train with and expert coaches to learn from in order to bring the best out of each individual.
BASE BUILDER IS FOR ALL CYCLISTS:

The Waite Endurance Base Builder Program is comprised of endurance athletes from around the globe looking to improve their off-season cycling base fitness: mountain bike racers, road cyclists and triathletes. Train with us in real time, with coach-led training sessions and gain the accountability, camaraderie and guidance that comes with training with a squad.
