With 18 years of coaching experience, we’ve created highly effective training programs for serious cyclists. Through downloadable cycling training plans, in-house & online training programs, and personal coaching our goal is to help cyclists get fitter & faster .
Our training philosophy was developed at our training studio: Sessions:6 Sport Performance, revolving around the concept of “Six Components of Sport Performance.” Through these components we identify an athlete’s strengths & weaknesses and then help them not only improve but thrive on the bike.

Our 2025 WE Development Program, Set for Season 7
Our highly structured program composed of 15-22 year old XC mountain bike racers gunning for international UCI level competition. Individualized training, leadership and support are all part of the equation. We’re taking our riders through an effective base training season before ramping up for the race season, beginning in March!
