With your base training completed, you’re ready to send it into one of our MTB Race Prep plans to sharpen your sword for race day. Choose from our XCO, XCM or Ultra Race Prep Plans to dial in the specific build out of fitness related to your event demands.
OUR RACE PREP TRAINING PLANS BUILD PROGRESSIVELY TOWARDS THE DEMANDS OF YOUR EVENT.
We start from the highest intensity energy systems and work out towards lower intensities in two-week mini-blocks of training. As intensity decreases, interval durations increase to cultivate sustainable power outputs. Simultaneously we extend volume to create the endurance required for your target event(s). Followed with a two-week taper you are left with peak fitness on race day!
