TRAINING PLAN SUBSCRIPTION

With access to our v4.2 Training Plan Library, or v4.3 Expanded Training Plan Library,  you can work through all of our plans with one low monthly fee. Switch between Base Prep, Base Builder, Race Prep as you need to fit your specific training and racing goals. And as we create new plans, you have access to those as well!

When life happens and you get derailed from your training, you can easily make the changes to your plan: pause your plan, reset your plan, change from high-volume to low-volume, from an endurance plan to short power plans, or from road to gravel to mountain bike. It’s all in your control. You’ll have the control to change things up on demand from your Premium Training Peaks account (included!).

Is A Subscription More Cost Effective Than Buying Individual Training Plans?

Most likely, Yes! Our Base Builder Plans range from $89-179 and Race Prep Plans from $59-89; averaging $30-39 per month; PLUS you get Premium TrainingPeaks as part of the package!

Additionally, you can access all our plans, swap them out anytime you like for as long as you like. And when we create a new plans, you can get those too!

What is Training Peaks Premium?

Training Peaks is our preferred training calendar & log application. This is how we deliver all our training plans and how you track your training.

Training Peaks Premium is their full featured platform packed full of planning features, tracking and analytical features, and ability to manually ‘drag & drop’ workouts to fit the plans to your specific needs.

A Training Peaks Premium account by itself costs $20 a month/$135 annually.

What is the difference between the v4.2 and v4.3 plans?

Our v4.2 plans are the same plans available for purchase individually in the TrainingPeaks Plan Store. With our subscription, you gain access to the full catalog of plans and can apply them to your calendar as desired.

The plans involve a 3-phase progression from Base Prep, to Base Builder, to Race Prep (and Race). Within those phases there are options for our ‘Classic” Base Builder programming and our Masters Base Builder programming. Within Race Prep/Race, we have options for your A-race event durations from sub-90 minutes, to 1.5-3 hours, 3-6 hours and 6+ hour events.  LEARN all about our plans HERE.

Our newest v4.3 plans, expand upon our successful v4.2 plans offer a wider range of programming for high and low volume options, masters options, junior development options, and event-specific options. We will also be working to add even more plan options to expand our v4.3 catalog even further in the future. As new plans are added, subscribers will gain access.

The other add to our v4.3 plans are coach-led videos that explain our training plan methods. Everything from how to choose your plan, build your Annual Training Plan in order to peak for your A-race, execute our workouts, perform our testing, and more will be available to assist subscriber in building their own custom plan and coach them through their season.

Does The Subscription Include Any Customization To The Plans?

With the standard v4.2 plans, no.

With the Expanded v4.3 plans, not directly by us, but we show you how to do all the customizations via video tutorials. Everything from choosing a plan, building your ATP, adjusting your plan, and performing the workouts are explained via videos within the library. We think of it as guided self-coaching!

How do I swap between training plans?

You’ll have all the plans in your Training Plan Library. You can scroll through the plans and choose which one to apply to your calendar to fit your training goals, instantly!

Can I Cancel My Subscription Any Time?

YES! It’s easy. You can cancel the subscription from within your TrainingPeaks account or you can email customer support and have them do it for you.
