Switch between Base Builder, Race Prep, Booster plans and back to Race Prep as you need to fit your specific training and racing goals. And as we create new plans, you have access to those as well!

Is A Subscription More Cost Effective Than Buying Individual Training Plans?

Most likely, Yes! Our Base Builder Plans range from $89-179 and Race Prep Plans from $59-89; averaging $30 per month. Our subscription program starts as low $19/month when paid annually at $240. Or go monthly for just $25 per month.

Additionally, you can access all our plans, swap them out anytime you like for as long as you like. And when we create a new plans, you can get those too!

What are differences between Training Peaks Basic & Premium?

Training Peaks is our preferred training calendar & log application. This is how we deliver all our training plans and how you track your training.

Training Peaks Basic has all of the great features needed to be successful: calendar, log, basic analytics w/ desktop & phone app. This is the standard option that is included with all our plans.

Training Peaks Premium is their full featured platform packed full of planning features, tracking and analytical features, and ability to manually ‘drag & drop’ workouts to fit the plans to your specific needs.

A Training Peaks Premium account normally costs you $20 a month, but you can add it to your Plan Subscription for just $10 a month.

What if I already have a Premium Training Peaks account?

You can keep your Premium Training Peaks account, no problem. Simply choose our lower cost monthly or annual Basic Training Plan Subscription and we can connect our accounts with us as your coach. From there we can add & swap training plans and you can begin your training!

Does The Subscription Include Any Customization To The Plans?

No. If you need/want Customization, please consider our Custom Training Plan options.

Does The Subscription Include the Remote Base Builder Program?

No. The Remote Base Builder is a real-time “Program”, not a plan.

Our Base Builder is available as a plan, in 12, 18 & 24 week durations, that you can access as part of your subscription.

The current season Remote Base Builder Program is the most current, up to date, Base Builder Training progression that aligns exactly with our podcast, and includes all the coach-led online workouts, weekly discussions, and added video content.

* If you are a Training Plan Subscription athlete, we can pause your subscription during the Remote Base Builder Program so you can opt-in to the Base Builder program; then re-start your subscription once the Base Builder Program is finished. Just send a message from the Plan Support Page to pause your subscription for the upcoming Remote Base Builder Program.

Can I Cancel My Subscription Any Time?

YES! It’s easy. Just send an email through our Plan Support Page. Or login to your PayPal account and cancel your subscription there.
