Improving your sleep quality is critical to making the most of your training & diet efforts. This week we discuss the importance of sleep for health and performance as well as discuss several sleeping strategies to help you sleep better tonight! Sleep is the multiplier that makes your daily efforts even better. Let’s all sleep better!
